Essie Maximillian Strasse Her Review

Essie Maximillian Strasse Her Review

Essie Maximillian Strasse Her

Today I will be sharing a pretty Essie nail polish which I think is a great shade to wear in Spring and Winter.  Named, Maximillian Strasse Her, this colour is a gorgeous duck egg blue which is pretty unusual for me as I usually stick to pink, berry and nude shades.  This however, is a nice exception and a polish I regularly wear as it is a little different.

Maximillian Strasse Her (it's quite a mouthful!) looks great after two coats of polish and stays chip free for around 7 days when teamed with a good base and top coat. The formulation is reasonable thick so if you are in a rush you can even get away with one coat but two is always best.

This Essie polish was part of the 2013 Spring collection.  I'm not sure if it is still available anywhere but if you can find, I would definitely recommend it!

What do you think of this shade?

Radox Chamomile and Jojoba Oil Shower Gel Review

Radox Chamomile and Jojoba Oil Shower Gel Review

I'm always trying out new shower gels and one of my favourite brands is Radox because they have so many different scents and formulations available.  The latest one which caught my eye is chamomile and jojoba oil initially because of the packaging.  The mixture of the white and pink looked pretty on the shelf and one is my favourite combinations (hence my blog design hehe).

This shower gel has a cream based texture so feels extra luxurious on the skin and after using it my skin is left soft and smooth.  The scent isn't particularly strong and isn't one of my favourites but it's pleasant and nice to use so I will definitely finish using what is left in the bottle.  I'm not sure if I would purchase this shower again, though.  There isn't anything wrong with it, it just hasn't been one of those products that has blown me away.

You can buy this Radox shower gel from Superdrug for £1.99.
