Today's review is on Brilliant Brunette Satin Shine by John Frieda.  This product is a finishing creme that illuminates multi-dimensional brunette tones without adding any colour, adds shine and helps to create soft separation.  It can be used on natural, colour treated or highlighted hair.

I have used this product for years and I love it.  It smells gorgeous and it is a very forgiving product meaning that if you put on a little too much, after smoothing it out over your hair and brushing it through you get away with it.  You can apply this creme several times a day without making your hair flat or greasy and it adds beautiful shine and definition to curls or layers.  It also really helps to smooth your hair and stop those frizzy flyaways!

A big down point to this product is the packaging.  I like the shape and colouring but this squeezy bottle makes it really hard to control how much product comes out and I often find myself with a big blob that I'm desperately trying to squish back into the bottle.  This is annoying but it hasn't put me off buying this  because I really like the actual product.

Brilliant Brunette is available at Boots and Superdrug at a reasonable price (I'm pretty sure it's under £5.00 but unfortunately it isn't coming up on either website so I can't include the actual price or be 100% certain).  I only use a pea size amount of this product on each application and this bottle easily lasts me a year if not longer.

Top Tip: To add shine to your hair wash it in cold water.
